It's the hardest thing I've ever done, but also the most rewarding thing I've ever done. I'm on all the supps, hypnos and Topa (25mg), My plan is to mod. My first 10 days were cold turkey. I don't want to screw this so I will keep on . Hey, the bloody devil is still there in me, don't think for one minute he's not, but I don't think he's got the same power. Jeez, ppl are funny when you tell em your "off the piss", (sorry crew, ozzie expression). Most don't get it, and have no sincerity with their 'good on yers'. Well let us know how your doing
