    Hi all, beautiful rain here sorry about your street party tawny wet snags and chops tonight (but smiles of thanks for the rain I bet) Had me work christmas party today Thought ! ( how come we cant choose the people you work with pretty much 80% of your life) anyway offered to drive 5 of them to the sea side restraunt ...thats ok but one of the blighters "cut the cheese" on the way ....how bloody rude!!!!!....any decent person would normaly own up to the fact that they farted and its smelly guys windows down!!!! this unknown gas chamber kept silent.... as a result every one in the car was immediatley plunged into the who farted dilemma... the raised eye brows , the suspect looks ....anyway it remains a mystery 2 blokes 3 girls who do you reckon is the guilty one? (inspector rex would get to the bottom(sorry bad pun ) of this . The lunch was fun for me they got pissed and I enjoyed the food...sorry for the long cut lunch story but i DO wonder sometimes !!

              You would never fart, Bridge.

              On that note, (LMFAO! Aaha!) err, the important subject of nutrition comes to mind.
              I'm talking brain, nervous system, internal organ, body repair. The repair of, and re-wiring of our brain, to learn new behaviour's, and re-train it to forget the old one(s). The gentle repair, and nurture of our mind and body, not to mention our emotional self.
              This stuff is still important to me, to keep working on, with what i eat, and give my body, to help it repair the damage i've done to it. Good nutrition, good brain food. Positive thought's, and hanging with positive people, and creating positive situations/environments.
              This brain/body nutrition stuff is especially important for you Bridge, and Reg, Aspy, in the early week's/months. Just a thought. But the more brain food for this dopey bugga the better, i'm noticing.

                Thanks G good advice Im takin B, C Milk thistle, fish oil, saint johns wort , and somethin else....shite reading that list sounds like a concotion that could lead to a unfortunate incident maybe i was the farter and didnt realise.

                    First of all..more info....what are you talking about ??? Low GI??? Organic???
                    Secondly.... I have been taking fish oil ( Omega3 long chained fatty acids).........they are FOUL......talk about repeat on you like your last bad relationship.....ewww....any other ideas for getting the good stuff in ? ...hopefully palatable......

                              Bridge, i'm no expert, but fish (sardines/tuna/salmon, tinned ok) is good brain food, and protein too, as long as you're not allergic to it. They tell me L-Glutamine, with all it's amino acids, is good for ex al abuser's body's and brain repair. Fruit and veg, of course, and the more organic, the better. I don't think we have to spend millions on supp's. For me, plenty of fresh fruit and veg, and water to start, combined with.....WALKING Bridget, i.e. exercise for the rest of us. But from what i read, the L-glut looks like a good idea in combination. Do some research, ask a nutritionist/doc, maybe. But you could start there. I really cannot emphasise fresh fruit and veg, EVERY day. You will look and feel very different. i.e. Great. Banana's/sultana's, good for energy. Kiwi fruit-an excellent all rounder, and feckin beautiful. Start with an apple a day, and a walk........;-)
