Morning Folk and thanks for your input to my little dilemma. Is there no problem which cannot be solved on this forum ?
I will prod the subject with a carefully worded email or text.
One that allows me to back pedal like a maniac if I've read this all wrong.
Jeez Slasher, people don't know how to drink any more do they ? That's not even a bottle per adult. How embarrassing for them.
I don't know when the urge stops Asp. But I do know there'll be a few bottleshops round here not hitting their quarterly sales targets from now on.

Mr G, I never bothered to try to rotate to foolem. I am not an alpha male in any other way but for me AL was like my god given manly right, 'ill drink what i want when i want , i work bloody hard to put food on my family( thanx G.W.B)and im not hiding it from anyone'!!!
bridge; as for the 1/4 sale figure i think my local must be feeling the pinch, the manager used to have my daily beer order in the little fridge next to the till, sometimes id want extra, but most days he was right. To think that made me feel special...lol..
TF; love the tool referance, seems to fit nicely...

Working really hard at relaxing here ....... but feeling very on edge and slightly "will have a tantrum if anyone looks at me sideways" sort of feeling. Not helped by Uncle Mame forgetting the shopping list of stuff we needed from the Supermarket and coming back without lots of things on the list and lots of things that weren't. Or making fudge and not cleaning up afterwards. Grumble, grumble. And I've got a really sore back/neck/shoulders.

Just need to vent.

Bridge ....... I'm greatly in favour of the direct approach - "I like you, I had a good time, shall we do it again?". And actually (having spent most of my life being a relationship retard myself!) I think it all gets a bit easier as you get older ..... life's too short to put up with all the angst that gos on over relationships.

Angel ... kids, sugar and carols in the park! You're a braver woman than me!!

God, I used to rotate the bottle shops I went to as well. And make excuses to go to places I wouldn't normally go to to be able to go to a new one .......:upset:

Im with you mame the next person that bumps into me, the next mother using her pram as a battering ram the next yellow cake underharm I have to smell on the train the next greasy eye ball that passes my way the next over excited back packer collector jumping in front of me wanting a donation ( I must have looked a sight today one said "excuse me sir before you punch me in the face are you interested in donating to Oxfarm) I'm done!!! they are all going into my hat full of arseholes which I must say NEEDs to be emptied.... fuller than usuall for this time of year, Otherwise every things Hunky F@#$%^&*Dory!! Evening all. Just dropping by before doggy dinner time. Am about to go and remove a few weeds in the rain. I was leaving it till it got cooler, but then the rain began. I don't want em getting any bigger. Day 6 today. I remember the first time Day 6 was a trigger day, as it was today, but I think that was just the stress of the bloody supermarket. All I needed was a bag of bin liners for goodness sake.

I am poor pathetic 'ickle f'd up fickle today. Spent half the day nauseous & in pain but managed to get through my working day... felt like a freakin wierdo tho. Being AF for a couple of weeks meant I bore the full brunt of the hangover.. something I never used to suffer.
