Seems we all survived anther Chrissy. Reggie - you know what to do but thanks for telling us about your little wobbly. A lesser man would have just shut up about it.

Looking forward to hearing how the rest of the gang got on and I don't expect any of you will be biffing fellow shoppers up at the boxing Day Sales today.

Just to let you all know, I'm having a lot of trouble coping right now. I have so many things that need doing and I just can't get around to them. Walking my dogs is a must that I try and do every day, but that needs effort as well. I'm just not coping. I was on Day 11 but I've gone out and bought the dreaded wine cask and worse have started drinking it. There are a lot of reasons for this and none of which sit right with me, so they won't sit right with you either, but some of us which appear the strongest are actually very ...

sensitive and scared and self conscious and think I am not worthy of anyone loving me. Sometimes I wonder if I am worthy of anyone even liking me. For anyone who loves me, I just cannot understand why. I am a very nice person apart from the drinking. I'm good looking. I'm skinny apart from the menopausal fat middle bit.
