        Ok guys,
        I will rant while I wait for you to reply... Am feeling generally overwhelmed.. I have 3 kids who are all old enough to look after themselves now in a personal sense.. shower, wash, make own lunch, wash own dish.. but they all just refuse! They throw crap everywhere, argue constantly, storm about the place slamming doors, disappear off to the skate park or the mall or whatever.. even my eldest (who was the most responsible) has become a 'sleep all day do nothing.. stay up all night on the internet' kind of person and she hasn't even finished year 10! I am freaking out about them for one thing... and I could go on... can you bear it?

              I also have this house that I proudly own (all by myself) and call a "home" but it is in need of a lot of work (which means cash). I have done great in the last few years and managed to work full time and deal with everything and make improvements... but I think it's christmas coming that is pulling me undone!
              I'm so afraid that xmas will be a flop and everyone will hate me and I will run out of money and I won't get the kitchen finished and I won't get the new job and .... blahablahalbhadfk%%^(!!

                      Christmas cannot be a flop Fick's, as long as there's love there, as i know there is. Get the kid's all around Christmas day, and any shenanigan's, well, can you work out a trade off system with them of sort's. You know, consequences. 2+2 =4.....etc?

                        Funny thing in life is either people often give me praise for keeping things together...
                        but if I ever let it slip that i am not perfect and not supermom and NOT keeping it together then I get DISGUST and AVOIDANCE which I do not like.

                          Fickle out of the blue my mum rings and says my older sister ( complete basket case) whos turn it is for x mass says shes having a break down cant you do christmass... We have just had a re stump the stumper said as he was leaving "sorry to have wrecked ya house mate" I said to mum you want a have christmass here sure...AH now ya got me going:H

                              You may have to strip priorities right back. If kitchen's not ready, so be it! Maybe it'll just have to wait till after Christmas, or whenever. Love, love, family, love, food, tell em you love em, again, and let them know you're alway's there for them. But. You now, from this day on, don't take shit! But you'll have to work out appropriate consequences for any irresponsible, or slack behaviour. Who cares, or not chipping in attitudes won't cut it for long in the big wide world.
