Now, you've all got me wondering if it was Horny's b'day too...maybe she's in stealth mode in case of excess hugging - I say prepare thyself for more hugging.

Well I have a flat battery on my car, I just love it when kids muck about with the lights in the car!!!!!!
Oh well at least we will get some excercise walking to school today, at least the dog will love it....lol

So as an alternative it is a good opportunity for all of us here to say thanks for your amazingly constructive contribution! Very sincerely. (and with a few hugs as well!!)
And I?ve been meaning to ask ? what do you do with that bamboo??
aspman - spend up! We are going to have a much more benificent Xmas than we deserve, having put $20 away each week for the last year. It is the first time I've stuck to it for a whole year and I feel very pleased with myself. It will basically get us through all those unexpected expenditures from now until the end of January.
Cinders ? hope the job interview goes/went well. I can understand your desire to not travel. It gets so wearisome ?. Having to get up for early flights, getting hot and sweaty carrying your bags around, trying to find good internet connections, never eating properly, not being able to get a routine established etc etc I reckon the pay cut is worth it!
Wally ? I laughed at your cat playing Farmville ?.. mine always comes and snuggles up to me when I?m doing Farmtown (whoops, I just fixed a typo - I wrote ?Farttown?!)
Angel ? trust the trial day went well??
Ronnie ? it must be hot walking to school with the kiddos! Keep the water up!
I read a thing yesterday that said that NZ is scheduled to have a really bad summer right up until March ???? joy! I?m going to have to get over my aversion to running outside when it is raining if I am every going to get into shape for these triathlons!Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

Honeys, I'm home...phew, whadda day.
Did good...there's a lot of work to be done organising things *rubs hands together* I like to organise. I'm going back on Monday - I think the jobs mine, will advise once official offer comes in (if it does - don't want to count my chickens) Ha, funny, I've told my Mum &Dad (when picked kiddies up) and Mr Cakes of course...and you lot...
