                  Have been being good...Not drinking more than 6 beers a night (I know that is bad...but is good for me) and having a few AF days a week...

                  Been doing lots of surfing and getting fit stuff....Almost ready to go girl friend hunting...

                  Black Dog is in his kennel, god knows why so I'm living it up...
