The psychoanalysis is coming along nicely. I've made my peace that it will take a loooooooong time.

My psychiatrist believes I have ADD, though. I've been taking Ritalin, but I'm having doubts about the wisdom of that route.

I'm considering rather incorporating CBT with the analysis the psychologist is doing. The bummer is the ADD is about the here and now. I'm currently on a historical journey to the past... Maybe just mix and match as I go along.

But there is always the second opinion. How is the Ritalin making you feel ? Buzzed up ? Or calmer ? This may be a hint as to whether the diagnosis is correct.
Sorry I keep buzzing in and out to deal with kids.

Kids are finally settling down.. keep sneaking out to put pressies under tree. They are soo excited and pleased with themselves. This year all i did was drive the car.. they selected it cut it down, loaded into car (mind you the eldest just sat in the car and said "make sure there are NO SPIDERS"), brought it home and decorated it all together. They are so proud I had to take a pic
