thanks for the song! B-52s were here recently and a group of my friends were going. I decided not to join thm as the concert was being held at a winery (and actually as it happened I was in Auckland anyway) ....... but it had to be cancelled because of the wind!!

Fickle, apart from 2 2 and 3 month periods of being AF, I have struggled in my entire 1.5 years on MWO. (and for 10 years before that). I want 2010 to be my "Year of No Excuses". I know my triggers, I have a plan. The ONLY thing I need to do now is NEVER pick up the first drink.

I'm spending lots of time getting my head into this space. I "practice" being AF in lots of different situations and times. I quite like the "quiet achiever" thing and I'm one of those people that finds "counting the days" works against me rather than giving me a sense of accomplishment.

Miss Behaving has a much better sense of not sabotaging herself than Aunty MAme!!
