Why not go barefoot. That way, you get to wiggle your toes.

Hi Tips, Zeppie, JC, and all the Gang,

Jeepers, but life is crazy busy at the mo!

I tripped yesterday afternoon and nearly killed myself. Was at my daughter's house, feeding the bunny with my grandaughter, and on the way in from the patio I missed the step! I had forgotten to take my cell and just kind of lay there with this sort of whiplash of the juncture between my thoracic and lumbar spine, wondering whether I would ever have a functional spinal cord again.

Anyway, after about 20 min and the cold plastic milk bottle on my back, (the only cold thing Paige could reach in the fridge) I managed to get mobile again. The back and all joints are still pretty bruised and sore, but I'll live! I must say that for only 4 yrs old, Paige showed great composure, seeing as how worried she was at the time. It really made me realise though how quickly one's life could change.
