    Good Morning Army, I had one magnificent sleep until 9 Am so am rearing to go today. How is everyone, I can see Jan is in the festive mood. I am off to meet Mario and Tulip in the Gym.

      now.....its raining ,wet & cold here, but i am just back from a 18km cycle, and i feel good.next some sardines,toast,garlic & coffie, talk laters :-)

                looks like I might be, have no time for the flu, this weekis kids christmas plays week, iv 2 to go to, 7.30 on tue and thursday , both 2 hours long and ive loads of other stuff on. How are you?
