It's getting easier on me. I believe having 3 or 4 a day is better than 12. Right? I'm hoping to het to 0 a day. That's my plan. The wife understands that I'm going to drink some when the football games come on, or on the weekend when I'm working in the shop at the house. I do want to drink 12 beers a day and want to go back for more. But one day, I will not want any at all. That's my goal.

Great stuff Buck, and yes the less you drink the better it is. I know for me that I am unable to moderate my drinking, tried many many times. So for me its easier not to have any.
Stick around here the support is great and I believe if it wasnt for this place I would still be drinking.

Me either. One is never enough and I go right back to old habits. They say once a pickle you can never go back to being a cucumber. I'm a pickle. But I'm fine with it. I'm happier being completely AF.
