ladyjan reading the water thread yesterday,it seems to much coffee is certainly not good for you, and as i have been not well the last few weeks i had to change my diet,so coffee is out and i miss it.:-(

oooh gonna have to read that one, I never used to drink coffee, always liked the smell but dindn't like the taste or the way the breath smells after.

But since my AF trip all I had read was that it is good for the liver and everybody here seems to drink it and so do I now, no more tea in the morn, coffee pot goes on and not stop till it's gone !!
I always understood since young that too much coffee is bad for your kidneys and can provoke migranes... gone read that thread, where is it?? on general discussion??
