Good Morning Army, u are all bouncing around this morning must be the coffee. I generally drink one mug a day, the rest is tea. Very dark here this morning, I hope it brightens up. Today December 8th is traditionally the day that people start their xmas shopping, city centre should be crazy today not so sure though with recession. Ok I am off for a swim and maybe bump into Mario under water

Morning Folks!
All my bad feeling from yesterday has dissolved and I'm back to my mellow self again. In spite of my best efforts, I still allow some people to get to me, which is not good. I'm working on it though.
Just another day at the office today but I'm intent on enjoying it as best I can.
I hope that you all manage to have a good one too.
