Just kidding, cutting caffeine is a good cause. I'm just not pursuing it at the moment.

Good afternoon everyone!
Mario glad your doc seems to have sorted you.
Tulipe, I think you may have hit on something there!!! :-)

Well today I am in gratitude mode once again. At work I was talking to a guy who is recently out of prison. He told me some of his worries and troubles that he has going on right now. It is so easy to let problems escalate until they are unmanageable and when you have no direction, no help I can so easily see how they fall into the drink / drugs trap over and over again.
I hope I helped him a bit today just by talking to him and understanding where he was coming from.
Oh and I also decorated the christmas tree. I almost felt Christmassy :-)
