Irelands budget is on today. Social welfare payments etc down, increase on excise duty on petrol/diesel. Carbon tax being introduced. But surprisingly excise duty on ciggies not touched and lowered on alcohol. Are they mad? Cuts accross the board payments wise and then cut the excise duty on booze!!!!!!1

Its not open but when it swells too much it kinda "cracks", like wee scabs, then they can get infected.

no opal to bloody depressing, the wealthy are left out again and people on social wellfare are loosing money again, i mean is the government stupid or what, if you take from the rich they'll still be spending but take from the most vunerable in society and they're left with nothing to spend and most people are not wealthy so take from the rich leave the ordinary people alone and that would do so much more for the economy.
