Funny you should say that Starts,but I've managed to drop a 2 dress sizes since going AF.

even with all the chocolate I eat.

I'm now a UK 12.

Great news about the counselling. I loved mine.

I have put on weight JC, not much but when I was drinking I didnt eat much so was pretty stick like :-)
I am a size 12 too, most of my clothes are a size 10 though :-(

Did you have counselling recently?

That makes sense, JC. I personally was chugging back about 1700-2000 calories a night just on the drink and a snack. When that stops, the weight just has to go down. Might be into skirts and high-heeled boots for New Year's
