    Army Thread 19th December

KTAB;777088 wrote: Thanks, it is part of a quote from a book about a Dublin girl who is a recovering heroin addict. She went through hell but has now turned her life completely around. The sentiment just struck a cord with me. I think it is impossible to move on untill we achieve 'closure' (I think they call it) and some level of contentment with everything that has gone on in our past. I know for me that is true and the AL abuse stemmed from trying to numb the past out and not grieving properly. Sorry heavy stuff for this time of the morning.
just think when were numb it is very hard to come to the understanding yes youll be fine

                    Rehi, all

Pool is kinda sparkling... will use chemicals to do the last bit for me.

Nice day in Saffaland. Around 28C, light breeze. This is what summer should be like.

I am much calmer than I was yesterday, and it must be contributing to a general sense of well-being.
                    I'll do whatever it takes

                          Good morning to you too,

I've got to wait for Mr JC to come back from the shrine (Tesco) before I can get on with vaguely important things.

Our summers can be very hot, Gycs. 38 - 45C is not uncommon. I can't handle that kind of heat.
