Very often we are pleasantly surprised. Six months ago, I was preparing to die, and here I am, thanks to all of you - getting better every day.

The same goes for you - despite the fact you're sick as well at the moment. You were worse off not so long ago. And you're determined to get better for Ollie.

And JC: still struggling with demons, but you're also on the up and up.
