They are made by braising onions,crushed garlic, a little crushed dried chillie & ground black pepper. You then put some of the onions, grated cheddar cheese & tomato slices on each bread roll with a little peach chutney (or similar - a vinegary and sweet combo).
You BBQ them last, when the fire has almost died down, because they need to cook slowly to allow the cheese to melt. They become brown and crispy on the outside, and deliciously oozy on the insideI'll do whatever it takes
