Oh Lord.. I was s'posed to post a darned book report tonight for Bridge!
Shishkebabs I've been so busy... now it'sa Grrreat book.. too much to explain right now but promise fuller version of report this weekend. In the meantime I've decided upon a PLAN and will make a special thread along the lines of 'Hypo Underooos' or whatnot.
All I can reveal at this moment is that Dr George, RJ & Dr Atkins are all in the same gamepark of discovery around sugar/carb/supps/disintegration of personality (depression & anxiety & addiction):

"Severe sugar cravings can usually be alleviated by taking L-Glutamine (500mg), bought in Health Food stores. Three per day, taken 40 minutes before meals works best."
Rule 1. No sugar or sweet foods
Rule 2. No alcohol
Rule 3. No white - bread, spaghetti or rice
Rule 4. Eat a small meal at least every 2.5 hoursComment

I'm on a high protien, high carb diet myself..
I don't eat much fat, I only eat lean meat, veggies and whole grains and am gyming it 4 times a week and surf on the weekend...
