    Hey G,
    Well I did not abstain during 'the visit' which was close family that we should have visited with at xmas... so great to catch up. Nice surprise is my brother & wife are giving up drinking & smoking at the moment! They had brought some lovely wine intending to break their diet in my honour. We had a great time & did not over-do anything.. played games till the wee hours without the excess. Lovely time had by all.. and all intend to get back on their 'diet' ASAP.
    So I don't feel like a failure exactly.. just need to carry on with the plan.
