feel like i need to be honest with you guys just before my 1st day af i had a lot to drink thought i was ok, but dont know why felt right on a downer and took a overdose, i went to hospital after a long while i wanted to go home but they said they would call the police.
Dont judge me i feel bad enough as it is...... like i said in my post b4 i feel selfish, ashame, and guilty all in one and a stupid bitch....Today i have a counselling session to go to and im feeling a bit nerves and scared well really a lot...... I am also going to a AA meeting on saturday morning and one during the week thats if my work change my hours around for me which they should... so all in all it will be 7hours a week help.....

Hope all is feeling better today in the health wise.... Take care and take it easy.:l

There is no judgement here, only love and support. I don't know any details, but I have received information that Mary Ann (Cowgal) is in the hospital, and in serious condition. When I know more, I will let you know. For now, please, let us all keep her in our constant prayers.

good to hear thing's are a little more positive, let's hope we hear good new's again today, I decided yesterday to post my story, It took a lot ofsoul searching but I am glad I did, people here semm to have taken to calling me Twitch, which is just about how I feel at the moment, so I will be posting under that name now, Tawnywitch drank Twitch doesn't!!, Forgive me if Tawnywitch comes back to visit sometimes, but she will try to stay away.

Hey friends. I've been busy since 6:30 AM , first getting a flu shot, then playing follow-the-leader all day with Hubs. We ate lunch at a small Chinese place popular with Hubs co-workers, and they were there in droves. Hear some funny stories! Now to start the second part of my day doing housework. It never ends! Hi evryone,
Im over the moon to read Maryann progress,
Also my friend operation was very successful and she should be home soon
Y/day went to my motherinlaws for dinner guess wot there was NO AL on the table !! out of site, out of mind, still have to work on that mindset....Did go AA on saturday morning it was the same room i went to over 2years ago and 2people i recognize from my group sessions. Theres goner be a lot of people im going to recognize now because my group session are just down the road in the village not sure is this a good thing cause i work in the village as well......
