I purchased the hypnosis tapes some time ago and got away from it. I lost the schedule for when to listen to which recording. Can someone post it here?

Hypno Tape Schedule

Basic Instructions -

CLEARING twice a week

HYPNOTIC twice a week

SUBLIMINAL once a day

SLEEP LEARNING every night


DAY BY DAY INSTRUCTIONS -

DAY 1 - Clearing Tr. 1 & 2, sublim. & sleep learning

DAY 2 - Hyp. Tr. 1, sub & sleep

DAY 3 - sub. & sleep

DAY 4 - Clear. Tr. 2, sub & sleep

DAY 5 - sub. & sleep

DAY 6 - Hyp. Tr. 2, sub & sleep

DAY 7 - sub. & sleep

Repeat for a total of one month or as needed

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS -

CLEARING - listen first. Optimum usage - Tr. 1 once a week, Tr. 2 twice a week.
HYPNOTIC - listen second. Optimum usage - Tr. 1 once a week, Tr. 2 twice a week.
SUBLIMINAL - listen third. Optimum usage - once a day.
SLEEP LEARNING - also listen third. Optimum usage is throughout each period.
