I was just checking drink tracker to see how members are doing.It was disappointing not to see more people using this great tool. So many members who have been successful have used this. I felt it upped my accountability. If you aren't familiar with it check it out. It also gives you some insight into the fight we all have. I used it for my first 4 to 5 months and each month out of 50 to 60 people using it at the end of the month only about 5 people made the month AF. [i didn't look at the mod people on the tracker]
Nothing felt better in the beginning of my AF life than to put a 0 in the drink tracker at the end of the day. You talk about being honest this puts it out their.
