back from the gym,just walked/jogged for 30 mins, ,think i will have a mars bar,sorry i mean porridge,

like you starts i need a bit more concentrating on what i eat.so any tips and i will eat them.

good morning starts im glad your tests came back fine,the liver is very resilient,it can actually heal itself,if given time,cold its about 30 below here so far and the wind is picking up,have a good day gyco:thumbs::thanks:

well all be back off to play some cards lotas going on here friends dad seems to have demencia,put him in the hospital last nt,hes a bush man 75years old doesnt like civilisation,his mothers going into an old folks home,and i se the doc tomorrow for her results on my M R I ,NECK AND BACK,SHOULD BE INTERESTING,I WILL KEEP ALL INFORMED dam capitals hahahaa
