It was rather nice actually. I got to have TWO of what we call "granadilla balls"

They're frozen grannadilla juice (with pips) on an ice cream stick, shaped like - you guessed it - a ball (or granadilla).

I didn't get the normal cold-induced urts I get when I swim in the sea, so I could go back three times with the cubs. I was not put off by the fact that everyone in a 50m radius from me had to put on sunglasses to protect them from the glare coming off my white skin... (which turned red soon enough, despite sunblock).

I have never swam in the sea of the NE coast. Been chucked in a few times. But it's freezing even in July (har de har our summer).

We bit the bullet last year and hired a sun booth for a month. Forget skin cancer. We were so white we were almost transparent.

hello all, was out shopping for my sons stuff and popped in to see ' have you heard about the morgans', it was very enjoyable actually, Starty, if you loved the proposal you will lke this! We are going to have cake soon and watch a dvd together, nivce quiet family birthday.......till next week and his friends come over..agrahh!
