Nope, had the cupboard door open and the Lindt chilli was staring at me and making little whimpering sounds but I resisted......long may it prevail. Wheat is a no-no for me as it doesn't go down well and I have a gluten intolerance. It was a fairly long holiday and many yule cakes, choccie bars and anything-sweet-will-do I have finally decided to get serious about this sugar thing!

Yeah might do that. On my progress tracker, I have added a third column, SF. It now reads 3 but sadly the NF column shows a very round zero. Come the 1st of March (or sooner) that will be a thing of the past....
