I would strongly recomment the Excuses Begone audiobook...
I have it in hardcover and on my ipod and on CD!! I listen to it in the car, when im out walking the dog, doing the ironing or any chance i get... If he has struck a cord with you keep running with it!

It's fine chillgirl............It is a way to kill time, which I have nothing but........................I am getting stronger and stronger every time I listen to him, and waiting for my book to arrive, just on that roller coaster from hell, never thought I would ride, divorce, just boarded, and I am not taking the dips too well as of yet.............keep me in your prayers...............will be fine, held hostage in a mental hospital for 12 hours, sounds creepy, but that is my job.....................

Hey Cowgal....FYI...there is a ton of Wayne Dyer on Utube....you might also enjoy, Louise Hay and Marriane Williamson. Wayne Dyer also put out a movie last year called, "Ambition to Meaning"...I also enjoyed the movie that Louise Hay made based on her book called "You Can Heal Your Life".....ENJOY!

No chillgirl, was just joking,:H :H :H work in a mental health unit, my shifts r 12 hours long, lots of time to kill, so I watch this over& over while here both to kill time and to have it sink in and enjoy the positive message, with this ugly divorce I am going thru(cannot be over soon enough!), this is helping me, just found a wonderful apartment(the old me would say, I cannot afford I, but these empowering videos have me thinking more positively!)
