Excuses Be Gone book

I watched this on PBS and it inspired me to go out and buy his book by the same name. It is one of those books I reference often to keep myself on track. It made me realize that I have spent years making excuses for nearly every aspect of my life. I highly recommend picking up the book if you haven't already.

I cant emphasize enough how much this book has help me change my thinking towards alcohol and many other things......
I met the great man himself last sept in London and he is my biggest hero

I'm so happy that you found something in this !!
I am trying to watch it every night till i have it memorized !!!
Maybe it will get through my thick skull !!
If only one person gets something from it then I feel i have achieved my goal!!
I have the book on the way.
May download the audio book. (not as good a reader as I use to be but trying !!!)
He has touched a nerve and I'm trying to "run with it" !!

Mornin' Bob - I see you've given us something to listen to and think about. Great work. Did I also see that you are now NF as well? :goodjob: Me thinks you've got the strength of ten men to be able to be AF and NF with the current situations. Also I had to revise my signature i have been smoking but not need as much !!!
I was NF but not right now.
Was at 30 cigs a day down to 4 but not NF.
But I WILL BE !!!!
And I feel this man is going to help me teach myself how !!!!

Hi Prop and SG,
Best wishes on giving up the smokes Prop. Took me a few try's, but with a vision of why, a good plan, and determination to stick at it, i finally succeeded. It's a bloody bugger, but for me, hanging on tight to some good reason's for giving an addiction up, and keeping those reason's right at the forefront of my mind every day, got me over the line.
