I am good opal, no point complaining as we all know here it could be a lot worse.its snowing again now,I was to go back to a collage on monday but that has been cancelled so i am doing what everyone else is doing around here,looking out the window.

Well it has been rather warm over the past while but so far this morning I haven't ventured outside. I had a string of very early morning work phone calls (and I am not even on standby) and hence decided a nice lazy Saturday morning was called for.....

How are you folks, poor weather aside?

I won't drive the road I live at all Mario, its in the country so its untreated and it just a solid sheet of ice. Plus its on a hill so I don't have a hope.
Apart from that all is grand here.

The minister has ordered every school and college in closed next week. The airport is closed this morning untill further notice and they have only been able to grit and salt the main roads for the last week. They are now almost out of salt. Every secondary road and below plus all footpaths are still covered and I imagine some people are in trouble at this stage in rural areas. The army has been called out in some areas and they are on standby for Dublin. Did I mention it is snowing again? Apart from that all is well
