as I went up the stairs the smell got stronger and stronger...
oooops did I or didn't I..????turn it all off..!
was so positive I had checked it, so it couldn't be me..!

I have never in my life seen such a calcinated pan ever

I put it on a wooden bread board while I could see the damage...

it started to smoke and ignite...!

SHIT...

finally got things in control..
BUT my whole house stinks and so does the whole appt building !!!!!!!!!

put it this way nothing was recognisable..

think of a BBQ the charcol left at the end..all black and britle..

that was the chilli..

it didn't exsist anymore.. not just burnt... but incinerated..without flame, thank god..but just carbon in a pan
