          No cell phones either at Hubs work, except him and other Supers. He has like 4 phones, but if he catches someone on a cell he can fire them on the spot. He works in a dangerous environment, and it's actually politically sensitive, very protected. I can't get in to see him unless he comes to the guard house and escorts me in.
