YOu guys have unlimited bandwidth, so in your case, I suggest upload the original, and once it is in your photo album, chose the edit option will, and select "Resize" - choose 640 x 480

Then you post the URL to the image here on MWO using the picture icon.

Can you do that?

It sounds like it can take long, but it really doesn't.
