Hubs and I have green eyes, one of her mother's sisters has bright gold eyes, and Maddies are golden green. (Note: She also has the 'I can cross my eyes' talent.) And we've had her tongue pruned since then.sigpic

Evening, fellow Army Threadians
The heat is finally breaking. Even though it was a lovely day, it got to around 36C. I think we're in for a very hot February. Temperatures can routinely be as high as 42 - 46C. That is our most dangerous time for forest and mountain fires.
The kittens are settling in very well. They've explored the house and garden today and seem to be quite comfortable (then again, cats be comfortable ANYwhere). The amazing thing about cats is how quickly they learn. 36 hours ago, they slept in their litter tray, and used their blanket as a toilet. Or any surface, for that matter. Now that their tummies have settled, they run back to their litter tray to do their business, and then use their bed or one of the cubs to sleep on.
Turns out little Grim is the naughty oneI'll do whatever it takes
