it also deepens my anger of HOW the "normal" people so condisendingly wipe us aside by saying

Morning Folks!
I'm also sad and worried and hoping for the best for Mary Ann. I spoke with her a few times and she comes across as a lovely lady.
Most of us are just ordinary people LJ, trying to get on the best we can but struggling that bit more because we drink too much. Those on their high horses are easy to spot because they're so 'big' and full of themselves, and their opinions, often formed in ignorance, are easy to dismiss.
We're a large and diverse community and things will happen but like any close community, we try and look out for ourselves and each other.

Terribly shocked re the news and fervently hoping she will recover.....I had left my vodaphone stick, so used Tony's computer to quickly log on, only to see this dreadful news. My heart goes out to Mary Ann and her boys.:upset:

Must get back to the hospital-Tony much better but didn't get much sleep last night with all the observations every 1/2 hr. I'll take P to see him, but probably won't stay long as he needs to rest, so will be back a little later for an update on MA.
