Yes, I adore my only male biological grand offspring, but I also adore his adopted brother, who looks like his twin. His little heart and personality survived a drug addled birth, being ignored and neglected during his first formative months, to the point that when he came to our family in foster care, he couldn't turn loose of my daughter, yet he came to me the first time we met as tho we'd always known each other. He's smart, quick as a whip at learning, and protected by his 'little' brother who is twice his size. I've said I'll always tell him he didn't grow in his mommy's tummy, but he grew in our heart, and that God sent him to us special!! Sorry to sound too deep here, but I get cold chills when I think where he'd be today, without intervention. He is, and always will be, a gift from God to our family, and has excelled in spite of being born with drugs in his little system. Another reason I don't take anyone's word, but wait to see what is meant to be.
