Lots of days of sobriety, but yesterday something came over me, and my buddy, the bottle wanted to pay a visit! and I opened the door, and let him in- But I am better today, and back on MWO sight! Stay close friends, I need you today!

You know all the stuff to do, right? Eat well, supps, lots of water w/ lemon, exercise....

OPPS- I did it again!

I am better, NO Al in my body. spent yesterday with a hangover. and today I am back up and running to my normal (what ever normal might be defined as) self. Thank you for asking Annie!
