I'm cheating tonight: chicken pieces in the oven, with a Nando's lemon sauce + oven chips.

Nando's is a local flame-grilled chicken franchise, but they also sell divine sauces and the like through supermarkets.

And just some fresh pineapple slices to go with it. No veg
