    I can if I HAVE to.....

    ...but not when I WANT to. Stay AF that is. It's so weird to me that I have control when it is necessary but not all the time. I mean I don't drink at work, or if I have commitments with my son, I don't drink if I'm going to drive. I didn't drink when I was pregnant. I wouldn't even consider it. But, boy oh boy, now, if I'm home safe and its after 6:00 or so and I know I'm not going anywhere......thats my downfall.

    I could not have said that a while back. There are sooo may times I regret...can't remember...and am just plain ashamed of. The supps and CDs have helped me come a long way. But still not where I want to be. I am waiting on my Campral and planning a long stretch of AF time to clear my head completely. We are going on a cruise to Mexico this May and I want to be AF and healthy so I can truly enjoy it.

    Anyways, just my thoughts

    It's been a while since we chatted.
    It's healthy that you are coming here and posting your thoughts......I know how badly you want to get this under control!
    When are you expecting your Campral? Before you go to Mexico?

      Campral should be here any day. I've heard good things and hope it gets me the rest of the way. I really am sooooo much better than I was.

      I'm excited about Mexico. I started looking into it and it all just kind of fell into place. My son is excited too. We are going to swim with dolphins, ride horses on the beach...it should be a blast.

      Trip of a life time for me. I want to feel good and be healthy so I can enjoy every moment. It feels great to have something to look forward to.

        AF, maybe you could think that you're ALWAYS on call for your loved ones. Think, before you drink, will I be ready if they need me in an emergency??
        Just my opinion, but it has worked for me!
