Spam, whether you blew the bloke or not back then, doesn't really matter i reckon. What does matter, is who you are now, and that is.... an af, hardcore, heavymetal mofo' of an Auntie, and this is what your neice, family, and friends will see. I think tackling and beating our drinking problem's is heroic. I know i walk taller these day's. We should be proud of our effort's in taking back our lives. To me, having been through it, i think those on the af path are feckin' heroes, and i for one am very proud of anyone who is going for it.

    Nice to see you KB!

Oh and Spam, I think your idea of 'showing by example' is the best way to deal with the family friend. If you're like me, then saying something is too stressful and I find the 'see what I do now' way is the best approach. We've all done stoopid things in the past...but that doesn't have to be who we are now.
              xo

PS Ronnie, I have everything crossed for you for tomorrow - I know how wonderful a job can be for the self esteem, the connections with people, the feeling that you're making a valid contribution to society...not to mention the $$. If this one doesn't pan out then it will be good experience at interviews- so it's all good.

Kicking goals allover the place, mate.
My boss & the other folk I work with are lovely. And as fashion is dynamic, always a new season to consider, it doesn't get dull. I'm a happy bunny, although busy...dealing with work, going to big school for Mr5 and the home stuff.

AMong tonight's topics were the tele programmes we used to watch as tackers.
Remember Petticoat Junction, Get Smart, Greenacres, The Brady Bunch, The Adams Family, The Munsters, The Beverley Hillbillies, and Hogan's Heroes ????.....Yep....we still remembered a lot of direct quites from 30 odd years ago. Christ it was funny.

                            Old TV Programmes! Lovely.

They don't make TV programmes like they used to.

Did you guys get The Young Ones here? 4 students living together - Vyvian, Rick, Mike and Neil. At 15, my mum didn't let me watch it. (My brother used to video it for me to watch the next day.) Vyvian was my hero.

My son is 10 and I allow him to watch it. It's actually pretty mild now.

KB - You must remember Grange Hill.

Too many others to mention including Citizen Smith. POWER TO THE PEOPLE!!!
