Hey, I had to look on Page 2 for this!! I know I'm bad, haven't been around much, but come on!! We have to be here, support each other. I'm cleaning the house, top to bottom, gettin ready for some updates so we can put the estate on the market. My grands aren't happy that we might leave this big old house they love, but they don't clean it or pay all the bills, so, time to downsize. Take care, everyone. You know I love each one of you.

The weekend is here again im going to the cinema this weekend.
I was eating ice cream last night ok the truth is every night my hubby look at me and said ive put on weight :upset: it was only last week someone said i look like i lost weight. now..... but really my car is beginning to look like a sweet shop i really need stop and cut down on the sugar stuff. At least it not looking like a off-licence in my car boot.
Oh another thing my other half said that im beginning to love AA more then him, i dont think he realize that this drinking problem is not going to be fix over night after years and years of drinking, how much i need to go to those meetings, it could take the rest of my life going to those meeting but the main thing is..... it keeping me sober.......

I've been SO swamped this week, but I think about you all every day. Catch, yes, we commonly swap one addiction for another. That's why it's so hard to quit the big things, including nicotine. I've quit them again, and am crabby as a weasel right now!! I'm thinking I'm going to have to pick up a bad habit here and there now that I HAVEN'T tried!! Just kidding, I'm too busy for any more drama in my life!! Still looking forward to those 'Golden Years' they promise, but I guess I'm not quite old enough for that yet? T, you leave Sue's chest alone!! And Tony, you're mind drops off the deep end every time, thank the Lord! Love your sense of humor. MaryAnne, sweetie, hope your taking care of yourself. Don't worry so much. We do the best we can, and after meeting Zack, I can say firsthand you did a fabulous job as a mom with that boy. He is a joy to be around. Catch you all on the boards!

Woooooo, Tony the Tiger is getting in shape!!! Awesome!!!!!!! You'll be stutting along the beach this summer at this rate! Send pics, we need updates. Actually, I think its awesome your doing this together, and bet your son will get so much more than exercise out of the time you spend together. I may be having a granddaughter move in with me, a condition of her working on her diploma. I'm SO pissed at my son and ex-DIL. They let their drama overshadow her needs, and I wasn't always available to them, but that won't happen again. They can be mad at me if they want, but they can't do a worse job on their lives than they have already, so what have I got to lose? Everything now is for my grands, and they deserve it after living in their household. It makes me angry with myself that I didn't do more, or that my drinking may be their excuses for what they did and why their lives turned out badly. I think that excuse is bullshit, personally, because we are all responsible for our own lives, but I happen to be cursed by a few family members who need someone to blame for their faults, and I'm a big target. Didn't mean to get on a rant, just sad about people who can't be accountable.
