Wow 60 years married thats a long time, hope you enjoyed your night out ruby.

You know im glad im not drinking because when i see the people that come back to my group sessions and they are back on the sauce they are not very happy people at all, but thats what AL does to ya......A guy thats 65yrs old that was a carer for his daughter is going to do a follow-up after how group that is funded by the church he is such a caring guy, so i will have that to go to afterwards but b4 that i will do my intense counselling. This guy is also doing a sponsored walk up in scotland for 5days to support people with addicitions in our area, really would love to do this but i dont think my work will let me have time of :upset: this is a positive post.

Hope everyone is having a good day. My trip to the dentist was bad. She is a sweet, loving friend, and did everything in her power to make it easier, but b/c of my health condition, I handle pain very well, but not the numbing up meds. I had taken a strong pain med and Valium 30 min before procedure as instructed. But she had to keep stopping and giving me more numbing injections in my gums and jaw, and still the only way it could have been worse was to have had NO numbing! I was finally able to just hang on to the chair and tough it out. Jaw hurts now like 7 demons on fire, but I have meds to numb it a bit, and trying to rest. I didn't sleep at ALL last night. Around midnite I hear a car come down the road in front of our house to the deadend, and stop, with the motor idling. The dogs went nuts, I could hear voices, car doors. (We live on a high hill at least a thousand feet from the area where the road ends, but sounds carry.) I heard them about 20 minutes, finally called cops and asked them to make a pass. Whatever they were doing they weren't supposed to be! :H Cruiser came, dogs barked MORE at lights and sirens, finally all settled about 3, and I had to get up at 5!! I haven't slept yet. We live at the end of nowhere (bout like the cabin, Rog & MA), so this is VERY unusual. Like I've said many times, my life is never normal!

awe ruby i feel for you girl and know the feel all too well we had the cops over here out front of te house this morning i was a sleep but sue said the cops stop this guy walking down the street and he pull a gun out on the cops.. could have been worst .. there could have been a shoot out .. and sue was able totalk with the cops about the drug problem we have down the street .. and they said theywill be busting in that house soon ..... but anyway had an easy day cutting trees for bulk trash didnt take long and made quik cash .. and what was funny i had looky lous and asking why i was there and working by myself .. just said couldnt find any good help these days .. which is so true .. but im a hard man to work for .. but my saying is lead follow or get the f out of my way .. some have even said im an asshole to work for .. to boossy can you believe that lol.. well ruby hope the pain goes down and you feel so much better

Morning everyone,

That weird whne i turn my p.c on the date on the msn say thursday march 18th no wonder i get so every day.

Ruby..... funny you talking about dentist i had a dream last night that my brackets were still in my mouth but im so glad they been out for the last six months but i can remember when they said that they had to take my two side teeth out so the teeth can i move in. I ask him when he took the first teeeth out how long will it take should of been 10minutes but it took 45minutes, i knew i should of never of ask the question, i always jinx myself.

MA.. when ever i go to the laundry i alway met funny people like my self.

MR T notice how i started of saying Morning, im up i will try and stay up if i can.

My hubby said to me last night that there is something wrong with me his only just notice NOW!!!! no really im really im alright why is it when your alright they think something wrong and when there something wrong they think your alright...
right im off to drop my daughter to school in my PJ's

Only 3 1/2 hours to go, then a meetting w/ bosses AGAIN ?!? Then another ulcer???? Management here is the hardest thing to deal w/.......... May switch me to another unit or can me???? Hope not!!!!! Won't drink tho no matter what...... Will empty IRAs & live off them & unemployment....... Disability for nervous breakdown?!? Hope it all goes well..... Will let u all know. Lots of love, tired MA

Went to my sons Winter sports Presentations at the school.....Lots of good things from the coach. Son has been working on his upper body for wrestling next year....Won't be able to wrestle at 112lbs. next year her's growing ....over 6'1" now and growing......needs to build his upper body ! Dad goes out too....so I get a work out myself ! He's brother is 6'2" but has a bigger body build...weights 275 lbs. (Football Player type) Ha! IAD

they really must eat alot!!! Hey Ruby, Iad, T and Catch and anyone else I may have missed, if ever there was a day to drink it would have been today, was told in my meeting they were going to transfer me to the unit from HELL.......................seriously, violent etc............because I need more training and should not be here alone, should be w/ another nurse (getting myself spit on and hit, yeah!!??)

Well, they told me to report here tonight and my immediate supervisor talked to them and begged them to let me stay here, so I am here again......................makes me feel grateful...............love these guys, AND got some artwork done for that book, did I tell u about it??

anyone on fb. look for One.................he is writing a spiritual book, I am illustrating pages for it, just did butterflies tonight, but as I didn't sleep, that is all I can do..................
