          I remember when my son was 2years old i took him to feed the birds at Trafalgar Square in London in the end i had to throw the bread at them they were everywhere even on my head. My son enjoy it. I was on edge,,,,, Never again.


          sos....know what you mean about counting days i try and see each day now, as a new day. b4 in the pass i use to be counting everyday and even counting a head of myself yeap that me! like everyone else said this thread is a safe zone area.

                hi all. just gotta tell you about my fabby new toy. a shiatsu back masage machine. what a treat. only prob is i cant drag myself away from it.. ive been sitting here blissfully for 2 hours with an odd break for food and essentials. sure i should be doing something else but hey... gotta have some therapy.
                Today is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine

                  Good morning,Gear Shifters! Hope you're day is off to a good start, or already well underway and going well. Just a funny note I shared in chat last night: Hubs is a Supervisor in a major power plant, part of the company that supplies power to a large part of the SouthEast. Yesterday, he had to meet with several Japanese representatives of a large supplier, and during their conference, the power went off, and STAYED off! They held their meeting by flashlight!! I'm sure those guys were impressed. :H

                  As for my nature watch, something tells me this didn't fall out of any nest.

                                i find mwo so helpful because people 'get it'. i had a lovely day out with a good friend yesterday. weve talked about my drinking before and she has seen me in some awful states. shes really pleased im sorting myself out. we talked about wether i would be able to drink again or not and she suggested going out with my other half and sharing a really nice bottle of wine between us. WHAT!!!! she soooo doesnt get it. i just couldnt do that, i would be climbing the walls. until i came here i thought i was the only person in the world like that..... apparently not
                                Today is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine
