Hi I'm new and I want to say Hi. I'm a 33 yo Guy from Manly working down on the Port of Brisbane. I'm straight out looking for a local around Wynnum Manly area to find out how they stopped/slowed their drinking and to be aware it's not just my problem. The last few times I've been to the Doctor I was blown away by the lack of help. I take in my research, my plan and the right attitude and always leave with a stronger knowledge that its all up to me to fix. These things help me, I put a affrimation cd on repeat at night and try to change my cognitive thinking, now have 3 jobs, exersise, Have no money lying around ( That ones easy) and try to stay busy. I'm over the boring old booze, it's 2010 and I'd like to move on. I'm pretty positive so I wont destroy your ear with negitivity and you might even make a friend. Thanks.
