Morning guys, not doing too great at the moment tbh. I know the routine, get back up and dust myself off again. Disappointed that I have taken a retrograde step after all the hard work. It is never good when I get that 'couldnt care less' attitude. It is easier at times to just not ask for support but that isnt working either. Anyway I am back here among friends who understand only too well and that is immeasurable so I am trying again. Thanks for listening.

KTAB, good on you for coming back, I know how frustrated you must feel, with yourself and the whole world probably. Thats how I get sometimes. But at least you are here and reaching out, and with a bit of luck that will give you a bit of focus.
Would it help to read some of your old posts? You always had so many positive things to say and lots of wise words. Maybe going over them again might help a shift in your thinking?

Thanks guys, I will be fine. It is just baffling to me how such a shift in my thinking occurred without any perceivable triggers. I am beginning to realise that my journey is a longer one than I assumed and one that requires constantly revaluation and learning of lessons.
