How weird is that! I gave up smoking a year ago too, and often when I am stressed the first thing I think about is a ciggy. I wonder if that will ever go.

It was harder than giving up drinking. I thought I would hate the smell by now, but I don't. Yet I gave up many many many years ago for over 4 years and couldn't stand the smell.Alcohol is poison to my life - AF 04 January 2010Comment

Me too, I dont mind the smell in the air, but I hate the smell of someones breath who smokes. I was less afraid of giving up smoking than drinking, but yes the actual withdrawal was much longer and much worse.Living now and not just existing since 9th July 2008
