          Hi Zeppers. Tips, sounds like flushing that stuff is your only solution. Took a moment to check out JC's suggestion - this is what it write's....
          LightSleeper is a very clever device that projects a soothing light on the ceiling. The light moves in a circular motion above the bed. You follow the light with your eyes for a few minutes, and you begin to drift off.
          I guess if they say it works, it does, but I can feel myself getting dizzy and falling off the feckin' bed. Wonder how it would affect poor Bess?...just saying

                              Thats scary, I believe sleep deprivation has been used as a method of torture. I would give up those meds immediately and take some sleeping pills Tip my friend.
