Yep, I have all the puffers JC thankfully.

Do you think cutting down on coffee will help you?
I am thinking of doing a juice fast when I feel stronger.

Morning Gyco, good to see you friend

Dr :h, (not to be confused with Mr :h the dentist) made a very good point last time I saw him about my sleep.
He pointed out because of all the years I've abused my body with AL I can't expect to get back to normal over night, it could take months and months.

Dogs and beach are paradise LJ :-)
Can just imagine Benji with the hermit crabs too!

Your doc is right JC, I have read it can take up to two years to recover fully, which isnt bad really since most of us have been doing this for decades.

Actually when you have a big ponder about it none of us have had any real sleep for years.

Drink, pass out, drink, pass out.................

So any sleep we're getting now is the real stuff

                        Hi, All

                        I finally got some sleep - from 07.00 - 11.00 this morning.

It feels great, even though I would have loved some more.
                        I'll do whatever it takes

I see we've been discussing one of our favorite subjects, sleep. It goes, it comes, it's SO important to our health and recovery. Once I quit fixating on it, started putting on my CD's when I went to bed, did all the things experts suggest (complete darkness, quiet, cooler) I've been sleeping great, with the odd exception when some trauma has touched me. Plus, I'm just TIRED physically, with all the new projects I have, and that helps. I hope you all find your magic formula, because sleep deprivation wouldn't be used as a torture if it didn't work!
