Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if u can take these vitamin supplements while trying to get pregnant and pregnancy? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank u and god bless

Daily, I can't see they would hurt you BEFORE pregnancy, but only your doctor or a pharmacist could advise you about during pregnancy. But also be SURE you're aware of the severe dangers to an unborn child of AL comsumption by its mother. Fetal Alcohol Syndrome is devastating. So, find a great doctor and be very honest with them.
